This tool automatically centers itself in countersunk hinge holes and drills the proper size pilot hole to a preselected depth. The centered hole assures proper screw placement to minimize subsequent cabinet door adjustment. Available with a standard 1/4″ round shank or a standard 1/4″ hex (HX) shank to fit power drivers. VIX bits with a hex shank, and VB-12, VB-14, VB-5MM, & VB-25 are available special order.
